Today, we have a new site for our real estate blog. Welcome!!!
This will allow us to communicate easily. I am looking forward to your questions and comments.
The listlessness that has struck real estate development is showing signs that are encouraging to many who see a light at the end of this dark tunnel. The large inventory of unsold homes is being significantly reduced. With the stability to FNMA and Freddie Mac provided by the recent Congressional action, home mortgages should become much easier to obtain. What is happening to you?

Today , July 4th, 2008 the NY Times Business Section has article about why Starbucks had to close 600 stores. The NY Times article said the reason was location, location, and location. Many of my students have given up on Starbucks because of their charge for using Internet in the stores. Recently I was in Baton Rouge and heard the same reason from present and former students at L.S.U. Do you visit Starbucks stores now? If yes, do you pay for Internet service there? f not, why not?
